My server runs off of NT - I'm trying to test a fresh install before transfering my existing board over. I followed the the instructions and had my host set the correct permissions for all folders. All the test files came back positive so I know everything is installed correctly. Here is where my problem starts.

I created an admin acount as requested, returned to the cp.cgi file and tried to access the newly created account. I log in fine, but can't access any of the admin settings. (general settings, styles, ect) It kicks me back to the control pannel.

I tried creating a new account to see if I could even post on the forum itself, and I am unable too. I kicks me back to the log in screen.

I did a test install on my current host which uses unix and I had no problems. I also noticed that I see the following on the very top of the screen when ever I log in, or try to do anything:

I'm not sure what the proplem is, but I saw a thread which I marked about the NT server trying to write to html before ubb does. But is there something else that I'm missing? I'm out of idea's on how to fix this.
