I can't help you with this. The server is sending the cookie improperly and I am not savvy enough with the server setup to provide a solution. Some servers send their own headers. If that is the case, the sysadmin will have to turn that off so UBB can work properly. I think you will have to take the trouble ticket route for more advice, but it is not likely to be answered until after the holiday weekend.
