I've just received this message from one of my users...
I am constantly alerted that I have one unread private message and its always the same whenever I open it, like groundhog day !
I seem to recall having this problem once before and Charles ran some sort of utility to sort things out.
Being as the board isn't supported any longer and I haven't yet moved to threads - is there a chance of getting hold of this 'utility' please
