This welcome message was originally being sent as a PM from User #2. I have merged User #2 into User #3. Now, when someone new registers, they get the blinking icon indicating that they have a PM, but when they click on it nothing shows up.
I found the language file that has the test, but I don't see where I can change the user from whom the PM is generated.
