It's not the hovering. I will try to explain better.. Basically when you go to the forums and there are new posts you see the whole horizontal line of the forums with the new posts( the title of the forum, the thread number, the post number and the last post description are of another color of your choice). When you enter that forum, also the whole horizontal line of the new topic is of that color, and if you then click on that topic, and you go to the single posts, the new posts are all of that color.......
