Yeah, you can pretty much put whatever code you want in there (within reason, and within proper dimensions). For instance, I have a custom island w/ links, and another with Google and Allposters code on mine, the latter uses an iframe.

Just be sure the code is placed AFTER $body = <<<EOF and BEFORE EOF;
