Hi Gizmo,
ok under Profile settings. I set the directory to 777 and the files to 666.
I tried to download the same avatar jgeoff has and it tells me that pictures can be no larger thatn 666 bytes.

I also have all the setting checked to allow importing your own avatars etc. Aspen

I am green as grass and appreciate any help.
