UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums Resources and Customizing How Do I? Edit Post Options Text

When composing a post, this text appears just below the posting window:

Poll Manager (Total Polls: 0)
File Manager (Total Files: 0)

What file do I need to edit to change the order of these options as well as the text itself?

Thanks for any tips.
