UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums Resources and Customizing How Do I? Poll Creation

Is there a way to add polls to a forum? I thought that I read somewhere that that was doable in this version of ubb.threads 7.1.1?

And if so, can the polls be restricted?
