Does UBB offer a "supporting members" feature?

On a site with Snitz Forums the admin has the option to mark a member as supporting - and then a banner will be displayed under the users avatar.

Create a VIP group. Will this allow for a special banner? like the ubbBeta Tester or UBB Developer?
