You would set it as an environment variable and include the path

My Computer, Properties, Advanced, Environment Variables
System variables

Then create the PATH_INFO and set it to = the path location it wants.

However judging from the Link that Rick posted I don't think this is the same or what it's looking for.

Doing as that article said didn't fix it?
