Hello Mark,
We are aware that you need some assistance, however there still remains the issue of the spf records.
We see that you do have SPF/SenderID records, which does positively impact the reputation of the sending IP. We reviewed your SPF record and note that it terminates with ?all. To maximize deliverability we recommend changing it to -all.
Currently it reads as follows; v=spf1 a mx ip4:xx.xx.xx.xx ?all
You can easily correct your SPF record via our Sender-ID wizard located at
http://www.microsoft.com/senderid/wizard Note this wizard provides flexibility to customize your records. To maximize compatibility and deliverability among receiving networks we strongly encourage you to NOT include a "PTR" record (as also discouraged by the IETF in RFC 4408), and to create a record optimized for BOTH the "Mail From" and the Purported Responsible Address, (PRA).
You may also wish to reference RFC 4406, "Sender ID: Authenticating E-Mail", which defines the Sender ID specification. It is available at:
http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc4406.txt Just a reminder, it is very important that you reply to our original emails as we have to connect the threads in an ongoing investigation. We also need confirmation from the application to join the JMRP. Do you have the SR# from which you enrolled?
Regards,
Cheryl Ann
