Because they are doing what they can to slow spam? I hate spam quite a bit more than I hate MS
Mark posted in the first post where he was requested to make a change from ?all to -all, several days and lots of complaints more he's still posting that they're requesting him to change ?all to -all
Plus waiting on his ISP to send some requested notification... it doesn't sound like the delays were all MS's doing
