I'm sure a few others might have questions like this, so here goes.

1
Language files:
Many of my language files have been adjusted. With the upgrade will I have to change them again? Can I just keep copies and re-upload what I had or will I have to manually go in and change them again

2
Permission settings:
I have a number of banned members, and members who can't used PMs etc. When I upgrade will those settings remain in place?

3
Will my CSS templates work? Will I need to save and import or will they just come on into the new 7.3 without me doing anything?

4
What exactly ddoes IRC like / me functionality mean?

Thanks folks!
