I am guessing here but could it be when you uploaded the files you used the exact same version as 7.4 instead of 7.4.1.
I assume you have member access still.
If you ftp to the site all the files will have the version somewhere in the comment section at the top. It will have 7.4.1 regardless of if the file was changed or not.
I would go back to the member area download the current file 7.4.1 unzip it and redo the upgrade. Re-run install and like I said it should walk you through several steps. File compare,permissions,ETC and record any error/correction notices you may get. The upgrade documentation is

Looks like you closed the board and started another update. The footer now shows 7.4.1
