Here's the scenario:
Classifieds forum: (in which no replies are allowed so no bumping)
1) Member uses 'notify' to ask for an edit (forgot important information).
2) Later member wishes to notify moderator that item has sold and to remove post BUT member can't because ONLY ONE notify is allowed per post . . . EVER.
Software recommendation:
Please reset the notify bit after a moderator has edited a post.
Aside from the above scenario (which I run into CONSTANTLY on our forum), there will be instances when a moderator messes up an edit and needs to be notified that a further correction is needed—but this second notification is impossible with the current software.
It's a pain in the butt . . . pretty please change this? Pretty, pretty please?
