Just wondering why there's an entire site dedicated to skinning? Can't it be integrated here? In, or as an extenson to, the Styles forum?
The main reason is because we'd like to keep these forums dedicated to support for the core product and problems with it. Skins can be contributed by anyone, and when 8.0 is out a skin will end up containing much more (templates, etc.). With that comes support issues obviously, and don't really want to blur the lines. Basically the same reason UBBdev is it own site
The second reason is while this will be somewhat the official skin site, it's my own personal project that I've worked on with a couple people, including my wife. It's running on my own server, etc.
