Okay can't seem to duplicate this now.
But I think the issue is a browser cache item.
Because I noticed when I am using IE7 lately I have been using the browserback button almost exclusivly.
Also I did reinstall IE7 for just in case issues.
And now the shout box has been working also which was not the case before.
So I would say for now move this to NON-BUG( Operator Error)
