which i seem to have got around by changing

setcookie("w3t_mysess","$newsessionid","","{$config['cookiepath']}");


to

setcookie("w3t_mysess","$newsessionid","0","{$config['cookiepath']}");


Whats going on guys, I assumed you tried to install the beta on a few setups before releasing it. There nothing odd about mine, Its a well speced running IIS5.
