so somehow my config file got wiped out yesterday and I do not have the actual file backed up and now I get this error on my board (of course)

Query: Unable to connect to the database!
Is this file stored somewhere in my DB backups? How do I go about correcting this error? Can I run the install again without corrupting the DB?
I think my board was running 7-4b2
