You're close. You still have the main forumtitle set to blue as well:

background: #F4EAD7;
color: #000088;
padding: 2px;
padding-left: 4px;
padding-right: 4px;


You need to change the color back to #000000;

The way it is now it's applying that blue color to everything in the table cell.
