Our server crashed twice. We're not sure why.
The webmaster believes that there could be something on the boards section of the site that is causing the server to crash.
We were recently hacked. As i discovered a 'new member' who was able to give himself
'Administrator' status. (Which scares me.) But I demoted and banned him several days before the server crash #2. Could he have caused crash #2? He didn't post anything. He only sent out one spammy PM.
My associate wonders if maybe there is something posted on our forum that causes the crash when someone opens a particular message. Or if some malicious person has found some code to enter as a message and bring the site down. (My associate is merely trying to speculate, as i am)
