I'm looking at doing a newsletter to our registered users. My understanding of the laws though is that I can't do this unless they opt in for this. How would I go about asking my users, we have almost 20k, if want to opt in for our newsletter? My host, Dreamhost, has a limit on the number of emails, I think 400/hour, that can be sent, so I would likely use a service like Constant Contact for this. Thoughts?
