I think this is a no in your case. Because I deal with this myself.
The problem is because it is a social site, They are considered the same so the IT department blocks them. Based on a referenced database that determines that the link is not allowed.
Not a setting per say on your site but that it is blocked because the link goes to them.
I had some issues with the IAEI Palm Beach division in Florida a few years back and it was pure hell to correct it.
The IT department determined that our site was not allowed based on the service they used. So it was a big hurdle to get it approved.
Meaning go to each IT department to get the sites approved.
