There would not be a move them item.
You would just goto member management and add then to the new group. Don't delete them from their existing group
Thinking out loud. You may not want to add post count. at least for later on. Because if you have a problem child and you remove them from the group,they will keep getting added to the group again if they post somewhere else on the site.
But if you set it at say 100 post's at the inception then they will get added by themselves as they post.
Then just delete the post count and you could delete the problem posters when needed.
Of course I don't know how popular it would be since a pm is a private message, So members may not take advantage of the new forum since it may be directed to a specific user and they don't want the post to be public.
