UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads Version 7/8 Support image maximim file size error

last registration 9:30am or so on the server. can you poke around and see if anything amiss? like an hour and i'll pay you? should i run the rebuild database files? looks like an xml parsing error. we restarted apache, then when it didn't help restarted the server. seems like a UBB software error but nothing was changed.
