Does the latest version of UBB allow the following scenario.
I want to create a private area with sub-forums.
Either users with permission or users in a group with said permissions should be allowed to create a topic but only that user that created the topic and Moderators (or members of another specified group) will be allowed to read or post back to that new topic. ie. no other members (including those that might be in this special member group that allowed them into this area) should be allowed to read or if possible even see this new topic. The Moderators or special PrivateAreaLeads for example will be allowed to see and reply and the member that created the topic.
