Bjab, did you have the "styles/custom.css" and "styles/admin.css" files in your install directory during your upgrade?
I had admin.css and common.css in mine.
I didn't upload the common.css file as the notes said it should be custom.css
However, during the upgrade procedure, the common.css file was called for - so I just uploaded it at that time.
