I usually have issues with this site but it is usually around 1am-6am EST....then everything speeds back up to normal.
Same experience for me on this particular board. My own board is hosted by ExpressHosting and I don't have any slowdown issues whatsoever at any time of day or night. Perhaps they have some scheduled routine maintenance here that goes on in the early morning that is causing this?
