You'll need to go through the support desk for license issues; the forums are more of a user to user support (even us moderators are volunteers).

how do you edit the TPL files. I would like to after I get this up before I announce it to the world to design my own templates. I cant find the correct program to open them as of yet.
also is it possible to design your own animated smiles and add them yes I am a designer and fine artist

Do I have to upload all the files before I can edit them?I was looking at permissions and they are almost all already correct in the downloaded files
I do have access on my host to do changes to permissions if I need be
already spoke to my host about setting this up and everything is in place I have a minor change to make and done and ready to upload
this forum is hard to log on to have to do it many times to get it to take
