"Rick" sounds like the correct name of the original UBB.Threads developer, I had no idea he was mixed up in that UBB client stealing mess. CoNfUsInG!!!
Anyway, what ever the site admin purchased indeed does NOT seem to have properly activated to unlock the 7.5.9 version to this "sb" account, so I will be in contact with the office per your suggestion.
