It's probably Embarrassing, but I'm still using Frontpage for my websites. It's not that I don't have other options, It's just that I'm more comfortable with it.
I was used to viewing pages between IE and Netscape and designing for 14" Monitors @ 480 and 640 - so, I'm a little slow to get up to speed.

Anyway, enough rambling... apparently IE 11 doesn't break when it should. I've just consented to an IE update. To be continued... smile
