UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads 6 Version 6 Support How do I make HTML default for email?

I am running 6.4 .2 and would like to set it up so that "HTML" is the default for new users for the Admin Email Option (vice "Plain Text"). I can't seem to find a way to set this as the default - I looked in the config section and didn't see it there? Is it possible? If so, how? Thanks in advance.
