I'm curious if you can make ratings a global option to turn on and off. We use ubb.threads and every time we upgrade I have to go into the code and manually comment out all of the ratings coding. We find ratings to be really "divisive" in our forums at BellaOnline, with people rating discussions up or down based on the topic. We have for example a pro-life and a pro-choice pair of topics. You can see how this gets nasty.
I'd really like it if I could just turn off all ratings in the control panel, so that it's a permanent entry.
