The customized header appears only on the main page but it disappears when you go into the topic. Check it out on this page: http://www.atcomm.com/support/forums/ubbcgi/Ultimate.cgi

Also: The forum name is not the same in these two pages? Why?

You have to update the forums (threads) from the control panel as well as the general settings. Updating threads rewrites all the threads to show your changes.
