If you need it done quick and dirty, grab the following files from the following directories:
ubbcgi/forums.cgi UltBB.setup mods.file Styles.file
ubbnoncgi/Forum*/forumstyles.file *.cgi
Members/*.cgi
Transfer everything in ASCII. With those files alone, you can restore your UBB.
