You're missing some files. For one, I cannot find the controlpanlel.html file at /ubb It also looks like many of the graphics are missing from there too. Your cplinks.html file is set with all the cgi files being located at /cgi-bin make sure that's where they are at and not a subdirectory inside the cgi-bin, or update your cplinks.html BASE HREF. I checked and could not find the UBB files at /cgi-bin
