UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.classic UBB.classic 5 Support post don't show up

When I (or somebody else) posts a topic or reply, everything is ok, you see there has been an reply in the forum page and I get an email, that somebody has replied. But when I go to see it...it isnt there. It just isnt. After a while, afeter hitting refresh 20.000 tiems, it finally shows up...

How can I fix this. I want my messages to show, right after I post them.

First, please post a URL to your board and tell us what version of UBB5 you're using.

Finally, is everyone seeing the same thing or is it just you and/or a few others?

It really sounds like either a server or ISP cache issue (non-UBB related).
