I want to add an Animated Gif Banner at the top of my page. How do I accomplish this?

Also how wounld I Place a Menu Bar at the Bottom?

You code the html in the header field (not header insert) found in General Settings and in each forum under Forum Settings.

Any html you code in the header or footer fields will display above and below the UBB. Also, using tables it is possible to embed the UBB inside the table having stuff on the left side, top and bottom. This is also done using a combination of the header and footer fields in General Settings and Forum Settings. That is how this site (scriptkeeper) is designed.
