Please advice

Ensure that you have uploaded all files except images in ascii, permissions are correct, and that the correct path to perl 5 is specified in the .cgi files.

Hi Mjrand, I have gone through these steps but the problems persist.
I have just finished checking the error_log file, message as below:
access to /usr/www/learnin3/httpd/cgi-bin/cpanel.cgi
failed for 203.106.176.215, reason: Premature end of script headers
exec of /usr/www/learnin3/httpd/cgi-bin/cpanel.cgi failed, reason: No such file
or directory (errno = 2)

I can't figure out what that means,I have confirmed that the file /usr/www/learnin3/httpd/cgi-bin/cpanel.cgi do exist. Please advise. Thanl You.

Premature end of script headers means that either the files weren't uploaded in ascii or the perl path in the .cgi files is incorrect. Recheck the perl path, and regarding uploading in ascii, which FTP client are you using to upload? If CuteFTP, switch to WS_FTP as many people have been having problems using CuteFTP for ascii upload.
