It is difficult, if not completely impossible to properly diagnose most UBB problems without knowing which version of the UBB you are using, as well as the EXACT URL to your Ultimate.cgi, (NOT a link to your webpage). Also, a more exact description of your problem, including any and all error messages that you're receiving, and step-by-step instructions on reproducing the problem would help us a lot.
