The control panel interface is not allowing me to change the descriptions I initially set on my forums. I am able to modify other properties. After updating the description and submitting the change, the following screen tells me the change has been made, but when the change doesn't show in either the control panel or the actual forum screen. Any ideas?

I am unable to change the description on all the forums. I was able to change colors and such. I didn't try changing the header or footer.

Is forums.cgi set to 777 permissions? (RWXD on NT). That is the data file for forum descriptions.

That did it. I could have sworn it was set to 777, but it was set to 775 when I checked. Wouldn't it have needed to be set to 777 to initially set up the Forum description?
