I know this has been bandied about for nearly 6 months, but I notice that even in 6.5 this bug has not been fixed.
My UBB is set to allow only registered users to post. Why in the world does it allow unregistered users to "report" a post? This makes no sense at all. If I don't allow unregistered users to post to my board, I certainly don't want to hear them complaining about posts made by registered members.
This is just an open invitation for "drive by" spamming of the moderators. Checking registration before allowing a "report" isn't any more load on the server than checking registration before allowing a post.
