In the header for a link on my site it alters the url address on the redirect. In the primary display settings/forum info text... I have

http://www.islandnet.com/~jjames/affiliates/redir.php?lp=0000026&to=http://www.tyeetackle.com

and it changes it to
http://www.islandnet.com//~jjames/affiliates/redir.php?lp=0000026&to=http://www.tyeetackle.com

This causes me to lose the affiliate link sale because of the extra / added before the ~

sub SmallClean isn't needed anymore AFAIK, since it uses ' instead of ~. Just replace: my $forum_intro = &SmallClean($in{forum_intro}); with my $forum_intro = $in{forum_intro}; from cp_lib.cgi

We still use ~ in a few files, so SmallClean itself isnt' quite useless yet.
