I've got my 6.3.1 set up - the only problem is that the search returns many of the results twice.

Run the Rebuild Forum Stat Files and then the Rebuild Search Index in your Control Panel under Maintenance and lets see if that corrects the issue.

I tried that, and got triple results... tried again in case I did it wrong, and now some of them are quadruple!

I upgraded to 6.3.1.2, and it's working okay...

This is actually a bug. A copy of this thread has been moved into the UBB.classic Bugs forum so that I can confirm that it has been squished once and for all as of 6.4.
