We have had 2 incidents where someone has posted a message and it appears that it someone completely different did it?? That is not the worse part though. This type of mix up let one member retrieve another members password via the lost password function... <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> It also has locked out members whom have lost there id.

I know this sounds simple, but have you tried to rebuild member stat files, post histories, and forum stat files? Maybe a stat file got corrupted. Just a thought.

First things first.

Ditch the hacks and the template mods.

Upgrade to 6.2.0.

When it's available, run the RebuildMems 6.2 script from UBBCentral.com.

Then sit back and see if it happens again...
