UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.classic [Archived] UBB.classic Bugs [NOTABUG] Today's Active Topics Up-Date Takes a While

I just up-graded from 6.5.0 Beta to 6.5.0 Official and I'm noticing a period of time(maybe 5 minutes or so) that must pass before "Today's Active Topics" shows a new post. I don't really know if the Beta did it also because it's not too often I post a reply and then go right into "Today's Active Topics" after going to the main page first.
Anybody else notice this or is this normal or just my imagination?

Its designed behavior; it decreases server load.
