A few days ago I downloaded the upgrade from 6.1.0 to 6.1.0.3 (/local/ version) but in the upgrade.txt file it states:
UPGRADING FROM A PREVIOUS UBBâ„¢ 6.1.0 RELEASE TO UBBâ„¢ 6.1.0.2

Am I right in thinking this is just a typo?

Yes, it's just a typo. It's really 6.1.0.3 <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
