Added a new theme option to allow listing of the categories only on the main page. When this option is enabled, the main page lists each category along with the total number of forums, posts and threads in the category. When you click on a category you will get an expanded view of forums within that category only. The Main Index button will return you to the category listing. This will help on large sites with alot of forums and categories.
