On a moderated message board, I'd like to have the ability to allow for moderators to actually reply to a message BEFORE approving it for public view. In other words, allow them to consider the message posted, reply to it and then once satisified with the response, publish it for public viewing.
As it stands right now, a moderator is not allowed to reply to an unapproved message until after they've released it to the public. Can we please adjust this one? It will have an impact on how we operate one or two of our moderated forums which involve interaction with game developers who will be acting as moderators themselves. I am quite certain they would much rather reply to a message and verify their reply before the public sees it. <g> Thanks for listening!
